MSI-HPH EXd High Pressure Housing (HPH)

The high-pressure housing meets the requirements for use in potentially explosive areas with MSI position sensors. This housing is designed for sensors of the MSI-H and MSI-HE series and can be used with cable or connector versions. Several construction combinations are available, with top or side mounting. Measuring length from 25 to 5800 mm, adjustable in 1 mm increments.

Design features

  • Explosion protection marking: 0/1 Ex db IIC T5 Ga/Gb X, Ex ta IIIC T100 °C Da X
  • Modular design allows for quick equipment repair without the need to relieve pressure from the hydraulic circuit.
  • Designed for sensors of the MSI-H and MSI-HE series and can be used with cable or connector versions.
  • Several construction combinations are available: M18 or ¾” UNF mounting flange; M20 or ½” NPT cable gland thread; long or short housing, top or side mounting.
  • Measured length from 25 to 5800 mm, adjustable in 1 mm increments.
  • Operating temperature up to 75 °C.
  • Optional operating pressure up to 530 bar.
  • Ingress protection IP68 (with cable outlet).
